ALL ABOUT THE DOG AU  

The owner understands they are solely responsible for any harm caused by Owner's dog(s) while owners' dog(s) are participating in a doggy date, photo session or pet sitting agreement with All about the dog au.

Owner further understands and agrees that owner’s dog(s) are healthy and will at all times while participating in any activities offered by All about the dog au be fully vaccinated with up-to-date C5 vaccine.

Owner further understands and agrees that even when owner’s dog(s) are vaccinated for Bordetella (Kennel cough) there is a chance the owners dog(s) can still contract kennel cough. Owner agrees that owner will not hold All about the dog au responsible if owner’s dog(s) contracts kennel cough or other dog-dog ailments.

Owner further understands and agrees all dogs that participate in All abut the dog au activities must have active and up-to-date tick and flea preventative/treatments.

Release of Liability: Owner understands and agrees that during normal dog play, Owner’s dog(s) may sustain injury. All about the dog au staff closely monitors all dog play to best avoid injury, but scratches, punctures, torn ligaments, and other injuries may occur despite the best supervision. Owner further understands and agrees that neither All about the dog au nor it’s staff will liable for any illness, injury, death and/or escape of Owner’s dog(s) provided that reasonable care and precautions are followed, and Owner hereby releases All about the dog au’s staff or volunteers of any liability of any kind whatsoever arising from or as a result of Owners dog(s) participating in any All about the dog au services.

Owner understands and agrees that although all due care and attention is taken by All about the dog au while undertaking any outdoor activities, Snakes pose a threat all year round but especially in the months between September to April. Owner hereby releases All about the dog au’s staff of any liability of any kind whatsoever from injury, death or required medical treatment as  the result of a snake bite during an All about the dog au service.

Owner understands that Owner is solely responsible for any harm, including to any other pet(s) or to the employees of All about the dog au, or to the equipment, facilities, or other property of All about the dog au, caused by Owner’s dog(s).Owner also agrees that All about the dog au shall not be responsible or liable for and last or damaged personal property belonging either to Owner or Owner’s pet.

Owner agrees to All about the dog au to obtain medical treatment for Owner’s dog(s) if he/she appears ill, injured or exhibits any other behavior that would reasonably suggest that dog(s) may need medical treatment including euthanasia in any instances where Owner is not reachable, uncontactable or unavailable. Owner agrees to be fully responsible for the cost of any such medical treatment and for the cost of any transportation for the purposes of such treatment. Owner gives permission for All about the dog au t use Owners preferred vet or the nearest 24 hour vet for required treatment.

Payment for All about the dog au services need to be made in full prior to the service being commenced.

All about the dog au reserves the right to refuse services to any dog or dismiss any dog that does not meet or maintain the health, temperament or other standards required by All about the dog au. The determination shall be made at the sole discretion of All about the dog au.

Owner further understands and agrees that each and every of the foregoing provisions shall be in force and effect and shall apply to each and every occasion on which the Owner’s dog(s) participate in an All about the dog au service. This agreement shall remain in full force and effect as between the parties until and unless otherwise cancelled or superseded by writing signed by the parties.

Owner hereby certifies that the Owner has read and understood these terms and conditions and the regulations set forth above. By undertaking services offered by All about the dog au, Owner agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
